PRACTICE PROFILE: MY IMMIGRATION LAW PRACTICE

[ Who? ] [ What? ] [ Whom? ] [ How? ] [ More Info ] [ Speeches ] [ JAENSCH ]

The primary focus of my professional career is the practice of U.S. Immigration Law.

Who am I and What can I do for YOU?

It is my goal to smoothly secure the most appropriate type of visa or other immigration benefit that best suits my client's individual need.

Promoting my client's understanding of the various types of visas and the manner in which they can be most appropriately utilized is crucial to me.

My legal repsentation and counsel carefully analyzes and takes into account your individual situation, your family circumstances, and your U.S. or foreign company situation.

Having joined the JAENSCH IMMIGRATION LAW FIRM in August 2003 and being a registered member of AILA, I am experienced and well-trained in U.S. Immigration matters and am competent to answer your questions and handle your immigration situation.

As leading German-speaking attorney in our firm, I can effortlessly communicate and counsel you fluently in German, and thereby make this difficult subject matter more approachable to you in your own language.

What do I do and How am I qualified?

I obtained my license as a lawyer in April 2002, becoming a fully licensed and accredited attorney in Florida, eligible to practice in the highest court of the State of Florida, as well as within the entire federal domain of U.S. Immigration Law, including its agencies.

Consequently, I can represent you or your company worldwide, no matter where you are located. My immigration practice involves virtually all offices of USCIS in the United States, as well as many Embassies and Consulates of the United States across the globe.

Under certain circumstances, I can also counsel you on matters outside of U.S. Immigration Law, as well as refer you to other experts and professionals who can serve and advise you accordingly.

In addition, my representation and counsel as your advisor does not end with you obtaining the immigration benefit you are seeking.

I make it a point to continue to be there for you and assist you with maintaining your immigration status in the United States and keeping your legal basis for your existence in the United States in good standing.  I take great interest in doing my part, so that your "American Dream" does not turn into an "American Nightmare".

Whom do I represent?

The bulk of my cases revolve primarily around business immigration, assisting clients from the world over with working in the United States on various types of business- or employment-based visas. (visas and green cards)

My experienced immigration practice focuses heavily on:

  • business owners,

  • entrepreneurs,

  • investors,

  • managers,

  • executives,

  • scientists,

  • researchers,

  • academics,

  • degreed professionals,

  • specialized workers,

  • inventors,

  • artists, and

  • athletes.

I also represent these types of clients frequently:

  • casual would-be visitors and prospective tourists to the United States,

  • foreign/international students,

  • interns, trainees, exchange visitors, and

  • short-term business visitors.

How am I the Right Lawyer for You?
The nature of my representation as your lawyer/attorney:

The overwhelming majority of my immigration law practice derives from repeat business and a very strong referral base of "happy customers" and a large supporting professional network. As such, it is important to me that my clients report back to me frequently with feedback.

To me, there is no substitute for a happy referral by my clients and contacts to others who may need my services or advice.  I welcome all referrals.

I invest significant energy to gain the trust and confidence of my clients, and once earned, to keep and maintain it.

While there is no substitute for a face-to-face meeting with me, in order for you to decide if I am the right lawyer for you, you may consider a number of different factors, such as my experience, past results of actual cases, client referrals, referrals from other lawyer and other professionals, and other third-party sources.

The nature of my representation and work as an immigration lawyer can be summarized as follows:

  • Solid experience in U.S. Immigration Law

  • Individual attention to every client

  • Sophisticated, competent and efficient representation

  • Reliable, straight-forward legal advice

  • Work product delivered timely

  • On-Site, ‘house-call’ consultations available (see below)

  • Native speaker of English and German

While my practice originates from the greater metropolitan area of Tampa Bay, Florida, I represent clients (individuals and businesses) worldwide.

As a unique feature of my practice, I offer in-house or on-site consultations throughout Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee and Sarasota counties.
